HUD-LEAD BASED PAINT FOR SAFE WORK PRACTICES-SPANISH - 301
OVERVIEW:
Purpose:
The remodeller's and renovators lead based paint training program prepared by HUD and the National Association of the remodelling industry meets the requirements of one of several programs approved by HUD to qualify facility maintenance supervisors and workers to perform interim control work, including paint stabilization. This regulation takes full effect on September 15, 2000 and will be found at 24 CFR Part 35 in accordance with this section - 35.1330 Interim controls.
